Entertainment complex, built by Maxwell & Tuke. Opened 14 May 1894. The complex includes an observation tower (inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris), an aquarium, a cafeteria, Tower Circus, the Tower Ballroom and roof gardens.

Tower Ballroom: Built 1899 by Frank Matcham. 1956 damaged by fire. Subsequently restored by Andrew Mazzei.
