Built 1775. 1784 purchased by the Moscow Assembly of the Nobility. 1784-1789 rebuilding by Matvey Kasakov. From 1860 also used as a concert hall. Since 1917 used as house of the unions. The building includes a large hall ("Kolonny Zal", 1265 seats) and a smaller hall (470 seats). Used for concerts and other events.
