Theatre hall, built 1894-1895 as an annexe to "Gasthof Krone". Opened 22 Oct 1895 with Ferdinand Raimund's "Der Verschwender". 250 seats. Used for amateur performances by the local "Theatergesellschaft Simmerberg" (founded in 1859). Closed 1971 due to safety concerns. Destroyed by fire on 29 July 1978. [The society now performs at the communal multi-purpose hall "Turn- und Festhalle Simmerberg"].
