Built 1930 as a bowling alley ("Großkeglerheim") on the site of a former riding hall. Severely damaged in World War II. Subsequently repaired. 1946 re-opened as a hotel "HO-Hotel Haus Antifa" with a 600-seat ballroom, also used for cultural events. 1953 renamed "Haus Leipzig", 1961 renamed "Zentraler Klub der Jugend und Sportler Artur Becker", 1990 again "Haus Leipzig". 2009-2014 rebuildings. Re-opened 2014 as an event venue (for up to 1400 persons).
