Built 1884 as an exposition hall, subsequently used as a school gymnasium. 1890 converted into a theatre by Carl Meurer. Opened 4 Oct 1890 with Oscar Blumenthal's "Der Probepfeil". 122 seats (+ 100 standing). Destroyed by fire on 17/18 Nov 1919.
