Built 1950-1951 by Hanns Rüttgers for the French Army as "Cinéma Le Paris". Also used as a lecture and assembly hall. Ca. 850 seats. 1958 rebuilt by Hans Nehaus. Re-opened as "Residenz-Theater" and used as a German cinema. 760 seats. Closed 2003 and converted to a night club. Demolished 2005 in favour of a shopping mall.
