Built 1953-1957 by Wilhelm Massing as "Cantate-Saal" within the headquarters of the German publishers' and booksellers' association "Börsenverein". Used for public readings. From 1970 used as a cinema named "Lupe 2". From 1971 until 2013 home to the "Frankfurter Volkstheater" and used for comedies performed in the local dialect. From 2013-2015 and again (after rebuilding) from 2020 home to the "Fliegende Volksbühne Frankfurt Rhein-Main" company. Used for dialect drama and cabaret performances.
