Built 1970 as a school assembly hall and theatre. Up to 680 seats. 2004-2007 major renovation. Used for drama and opera performances by touring companies and local groups, as a venue for the "Internationales Filmfest Emden-Norderney", for smaller conventions and as a school assembly hall.
