Built as a factory. Since 1990 used as rehearsal stage by the Staatsschauspiel company, 1993 also as studio theatre "Theater in der Fabrik". Closed 2004. 2005-2006 rebuilding. Re-opened 16 March 2006 as arthouse cinema. The complex contains three halls ((158, 101, 49 seats).
