Built 1892 by Albin Zagórski as "Gmach Sokoła", a house of culture and sport. 1930 rebuilding. 1959 named "Teatr Wandy Siemaszkowej" in honour of the Polish actress, Wanda Siemaszkowa (1867-1947). Façade decoration destroyed in the 1960s. 2006 rebuilding, reconstruction of the original façade decoration.
